Taylor Washington Obituary, Death; – The individual who was fatally shot in southwest Fresno on Thursday has been identified as 24-year-old Taylor Washington. According to police, they received a ShotSpotter alert at approximately 5 PM on George Avenue, close to Bardell Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers discovered Washington suffering from several gunshot wounds. He was transported to Community Regional Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries. Authorities indicate that the shooting is gang-related, noting that Washington was shot on Bardell Avenue and managed to flee before collapsing in a nearby backyard.
Additionally, police reported that several vehicles were struck by gunfire during the incident. As of now, no arrests have been made. Anyone with further information is encouraged to reach out to the Fresno police department.
