Franklin S Zhang Obituary, Death; – A pedestrian succumbed to his injuries at a hospital following a vehicle collision.
On Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 3:21 p.m., the Blacksburg Police, along with the Blacksburg Volunteer Rescue Squad and the Blacksburg Fire Department, responded to a traffic accident in the 200 block of Prices Fork Road.
According to the Blacksburg Police, two vehicles were involved in the incident. Investigators from the Montgomery County Regional Crash Team concluded that the pedestrian was on the sidewalk when he was struck by one of the vehicles involved in the accident.
The pedestrian has been identified as Franklin S. Zhang from Canada.
