Kevin Hernandez Obituary, Death; – Richmond police have confirmed the identity of a motorcyclist who lost his life in a collision on Sunday morning.
The incident occurred around 11 a.m. in the 1200 block of Broad Rock Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers discovered 26-year-old Kevin Hernandez lying on the ground and unresponsive. Hernandez was declared dead at the scene. Authorities suspect that speed may have contributed to the accident.
