Ann M Seidl Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of the woman who lost her life after being struck by a 17-year-old who was allegedly driving under the influence.
The Dunn County Sheriff’s Office reported that the victim was 54-year-old Ann M. Seidl from Eau Claire. According to deputies, Seidl was jogging shortly before 7:15 a.m. on March 29, wearing bright attire, including a reflective safety vest, and was running on the appropriate side of the highway when the incident occurred.
The driver, 17-year-old Addison S. Bowell from Menomonie, is scheduled to appear in court on Monday for a bond hearing. Authorities claim that Bowell was operating the vehicle while intoxicated at the time of the accident.
