Michella Lynn Dickerson Obituary, Death; – The Coroner’s Office of Jefferson County has confirmed the identity of a woman who lost her life after being hit by a vehicle in Fairfield.
Michella Lynn Dickerson, a 34-year-old resident of Birmingham, was struck at approximately 9:29 p.m. on 36th Street near Avenue E. She was transported to the hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries the following day.
Coroner Bill Yates reported that Dickerson was walking on the road at the time of the incident. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is currently conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death.
