Corey Wayne McBride Obituary, Death; – A bicyclist who lost his life in a crash in Carmichael two weeks ago has been named.
Corey Wayne McBride, aged 39, succumbed to injuries after being struck by a vehicle while cycling at approximately 12:45 a.m. on March 11, along the eastbound lane of Coyle Avenue, near St Charles Drive, according to authorities. The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office has classified his death as a homicide.
When inquired about any arrests related to the incident or whether law enforcement was pursuing a suspect, the California Highway Patrol stated last week that the vehicle involved has been located, and the investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
