Cecilia Milbourne Obituary, Death;- County authorities identified the victim of a fatal collision in Playa del Rey as 29-year-old Cecilia Milbourne. She was pronounced dead at the scene, as reported by Los Angeles Police Department Officer D. Orris to City News Service.
The incident occurred at approximately 7:10 p.m. on Sunday in the 8200 block of Vista Del Mar, adjacent to the shoreline, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A 70-year-old man involved in the crash suffered minor injuries.
The cause of the collision remains undetermined.
