Aniyah Redd Obituary, Death; – The Independent Investigations Division (IID) of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General has reported that Aniyah Redd, a 23-year-old resident of Temple Hills, was tragically killed in a collision in Oxon Hill on Saturday, February 1.
The officers involved in the incident have been named. Sergeant Timothy Shomper, a 11-year veteran of the Prince George’s County Police, and Corporal David Gross, who has served for 13 years, were part of the incident, as confirmed by authorities.
Additionally, Officer Aaron Hazel from the Forest Heights Police Department, who has been with the department for 10 months, was also involved. As the investigation continues, authorities have not released additional information regarding the fatal accident.
