Mary Carter Obituary, Death; – A woman has lost her life following a collision with a vehicle in Trotwood on Thursday evening. The incident was reported shortly after 9 p.m. on Hoover Avenue, close to the intersection with Scotswood Road, as stated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP).
Investigations revealed that 66-year-old Mary Carter was attempting to cross Hoover Avenue when she was struck by an eastbound vehicle. Carter succumbed to her injuries. According to state troopers, the vehicle involved did not remain at the scene.
