Tyrone Ford Jr Obituary, Death; – The Kern County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identity of a man who succumbed to gunshot wounds in December 2024 as 34-year-old Tyrone Ford Jr. from Lancaster. According to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a shooting report in the 1200 block of South Union Avenue, north of East California Avenue, at approximately 4 a.m. on December 8, 2024. Upon their arrival, they discovered Ford with a gunshot injury. He was subsequently transported to Kern Medical, where he later passed away.
