Isaiah Fogah Obituary, Death; – Toronto police have reported that the individual who was fatally shot at an apartment complex in Etobicoke on Tuesday evening was a 16-year-old male.

On Wednesday, authorities confirmed the identity of the victim as Isaiah Fogah, marking him as the second homicide victim in the city for the year. The shooting reportedly spanned multiple floors of the apartment building located at 7 Capri Road, near The East Mall and Rathburn Road.

Upon arrival, officers discovered Fogah along with another male victim, both suffering from gunshot wounds. They were transported to the hospital, where Fogah was pronounced deceased. Authorities indicated that the other victim is in serious condition. Investigators have not released descriptions of the two masked suspects who fled the scene following the shooting.

When questioned on Tuesday night regarding the possibility of an altercation preceding the incident, Duty Insp. Phillip Sinclair stated that the circumstances leading to the shooting are currently under investigation. Homicide detectives are urging anyone with relevant information to reach out to them at 416-807-7400 or to contact Crime Stoppers anonymously.
