Roger H Holmes Obituary, Death;- The Clarksville Police Department has disclosed the identity of the individual who was fatally struck near an RV park on January 31. Authorities have confirmed that the victim of the incident on Tiny Town Road was 72-year-old Roger H. Holmes, a resident of Clarksville.
Investigators believe that Holmes was walking along Tiny Town Road and attempted to cross the street when he was hit by two vehicles. At the time of the accident, he was reportedly wearing dark clothing that lacked any reflective elements. “This investigation is ongoing.
