Mark Ryan Jaciuk Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of a man who lost his life on Monday in an accident involving a motorcycle and a truck towing a trailer.
The deceased has been identified as 21-year-old Mark Ryan Jaciuk from Fort Mohave. He was thrown from a dirt bike following a collision with a Ford pickup truck at approximately 6:50 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 95 and Sterling Road. He was subsequently transported to Valley View Medical Center, where he was later declared dead.
