Jackie Dewoody,Joe Miller Obituary, Death; – Two individuals who lost their lives in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 121 near Bonham on Saturday afternoon have been named as 58-year-old Joe Miller from Bonham and 82-year-old Jackie Dewoody from Mesquite.

According to the Department of Public Safety (DPS), a GMC Sierra, operated by Joe Miller, did not yield the right of way at the intersection of Highway 121 and FM 1629, resulting in a collision with a Dodge Ram driven by 16-year-old Patrick Hamm from Whitewright.

Miller was declared dead at the scene, while his passenger, Jackie Dewoody, succumbed to her injuries at Texoma Medical Center in Bonham. Hamm was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
