Officer Cesar Ibarra Obituary, Death; – Las Vegas police have disclosed the identity of the officer involved in a shooting that occurred in Boulder City on Friday. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has identified the officer as Officer Cesar Ibarra, aged 48.
Officer Ibarra has been with the LVMPD since 2005 and is presently assigned to the Homeland Security Division within the Airport Bureau. He has been placed on standard paid administrative leave while the incident is under review.
