Hui Chen Obituary, Death;- A woman discovered deceased in a Grimes backyard on Tuesday has been named. The Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a call shortly before 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday regarding a residence located in the 700 block of SE Dovetail Road. Upon arrival, deputies found an adult female deceased in the backyard of the property.
On Wednesday, authorities confirmed the identity of the woman as 46-year-old Hui Chen from Grimes. The sheriff’s office reported that there is currently no evidence indicating foul play in Chen’s death. An autopsy is scheduled to ascertain the cause and manner of her death. The investigation into this matter remains active.
