Robert Suy Suy Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of a driver who lost his life in a two-vehicle collision in Baton Rouge early on Saturday morning, January 11. The Baton Rouge Police Department has identified the deceased driver as 25-year-old Robert Suy Suy.
The incident occurred shortly before 2 a.m. on I-10 West, near Dalrymple Drive, involving an Acura and a Hyundai. According to officials, Suy Suy was operating the Acura and appears to have been traveling in the wrong direction on the interstate prior to the head-on collision with the Hyundai.
Despite wearing a seatbelt, Suy Suy succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Three passengers in the Acura were transported to a hospital with moderate injuries, while the driver of the Hyundai was also hospitalized with similar injuries. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
