Chastity L Sipes Arrested; – A woman from Luxora is currently in custody following an extensive investigation into allegations of her involvement in the sexual assault of multiple children. On Friday, January 3, deputies from the Mississippi County Sheriff’s Office apprehended 25-year-old Chastity L. Sipes on two charges of rape and one charge of third-degree sexual assault.
The investigation, initiated by Sgt. Trey Johnson in September 2024, was prompted by a report received via a hotline from the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division. Court documents acquired by K8 News indicate that Sipes is alleged to have sexually abused three children, aged between 6 and 10, while she was responsible for their care as a babysitter.
At the time of this report, Sipes remains in custody at the Mississippi County Detention Center without the possibility of bond, pending her initial court appearance.
