Hannah Shaffer Obituary, – State police have identified the bicyclist who was tragically struck and killed on Sunday in Susquehanna County. As reported by the Gibson barracks, 19-year-old Hannah Shaffer lost her life at approximately 4:30 p.m. in Susquehanna Borough after being hit by a GMC Sierra.
Authorities indicated that she entered East Main Street from Spring Avenue without stopping at the stop sign, leading to the collision with the pickup truck. Shaffer was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident is currently under investigation by Trooper Briana Hollenbeck.
