Meghan S Kelker Obituary, Death;- A woman from Beaver County tragically lost her life on Friday morning in a vehicular accident on Glades Pike (Route 31), situated east of Somerset.

The Pennsylvania State Police in Somerset have identified the deceased as Meghan S. Kelker, a 37-year-old resident of Rochester. The incident occurred at 7 a.m. at the intersection of Glades Pike, Pike School Road, and Ringler Road.

As reported by the state police, Kelker was driving in the eastbound lane when her vehicle failed to navigate a right-hand curve, subsequently crossing into the westbound lane and colliding with the front of an oncoming vehicle. Following the initial collision, both vehicles traveled a short distance before coming to a halt. The report indicated that Kelker “succumbed to her injuries sustained during this crash.”

The driver of the other vehicle was transported to UPMC Somerset with suspected minor injuries. Somerset County Chief Deputy Coroner Alexis Lichty pronounced Kelker deceased at 8:52 a.m., with the cause of death attributed to multiple blunt force injuries, as stated by Coroner Cullen Swank.
