Zachary Keck,Wallace Tsoi Obituary, Death; – Two individuals tragically lost their lives in a collision late Saturday night in Elkton, according to the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office.
Law enforcement officials reported that deputies arrived at the 200 block of Fairview Road around 11 p.m. on July 26, in response to reports of a vehicular accident. Upon arrival, emergency responders discovered a severely damaged 2024 Jeep Wrangler.
Authorities indicated that evidence collected at the site implied that the driver was unable to navigate a curve, resulting in the vehicle veering off the roadway, entering a field, and rolling over several times. Both the driver and the passenger were declared deceased at the scene.
The driver has been identified as 42-year-old Zachary Keck from Princeton, New Jersey, while the passenger was identified as 41-year-old Wallace Tsoi from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Preliminary investigations suggest that excessive speed may have played a role in the accident. The Traffic Unit of the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office is currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
