William Tutt Obituary, Death; – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identity of a man who lost his life in a collision involving a school bus from the North East Independent School District.
The incident occurred at approximately 5 p.m. on Tuesday in the 2400 block of Northeast Loop 410. Authorities reported that 54-year-old William Tutt was declared dead at the scene. The investigation into the cause and manner of his death is ongoing.
There were no injuries reported among the occupants of the school bus.
