William Struble,Martin Struble Obituary, Death; – A man has been charged with the murders of his father and brother at a residence in Wise County. On November 20, police performed a welfare check at the property located at 211 County Road 4874 in Newark, Texas. Officers received no response from within the house but observed two vehicles in the driveway registered to the residents.
Authorities were informed that no one had been in contact with the men living at the residence for three days, since November 17. Upon entering the home to conduct an investigation, officers found two deceased individuals and another man suffering from multiple stab wounds.
The deceased were identified as 64-year-old William Struble and 29-year-old Martin Struble. The injured individual, 32-year-old William Struble III, was recognized as the son and brother of the victims. William Struble Jr. had sustained recent cuts to his wrist and neck; however, his injuries were not life-threatening. The circumstances surrounding his stab wounds remain unclear.
Both victims had suffered multiple stab wounds and were discovered wrapped in bedding. An affidavit indicated that the father’s body had been relocated to a different area of the house. Authorities suspect that the victims had been deceased for a significant period prior to their discovery.
William Struble Jr. has been arrested and charged with the murders of his father and brother. Court documents reveal that he had previous charges, including possession of marijuana, truancy, and failure to report a change of address. No additional information has been made available.
