William Piechocniski,Dana Ramsden Obituary, Death; – Three individuals have been apprehended in relation to the fatalities of three persons at a residence in Warren County, following an extensive investigation involving multiple agencies across several counties that commenced on Wednesday.

As reported by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to a home located in the 900 block of Merry Oaks Road shortly before 9 a.m. on Wednesday in response to reports of a deceased male. Upon arrival, they discovered two additional deceased individuals in an outbuilding that was being utilized as a living space adjacent to the main residence, according to the sheriff’s statement.

The deceased victims have been identified as the homeowner, William Piechocniski, along with Dana Ramsden and Otis Hawks II, as confirmed by the sheriff. The investigation has seen the involvement of the District Attorney General’s Office, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and the Tennessee Office of Homeland Security.

The sheriff indicated that stolen property from the Merry Oaks Road residence was found in Nashville and Memphis, which aided detectives in identifying the suspects.

On Thursday, detectives received information suggesting that the suspects, identified as Jessica Root, Hannah Rose, and Caleb Brookins, were located at the Bell Street Apartments in DeKalb County.

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office discovered that Root had previously resided at the apartments and still had family connections there, prompting the issuance of a search warrant for her. She was located and taken into custody without incident. Deputies then awaited the arrival of the other two suspects from Nashville.

Shortly thereafter, Brookins was found in a vehicle operated by Rose. According to the sheriff, Rose and Brookins attempted to flee, colliding with a DeKalb County truck and a Homeland Security agent in the process. District Attorney General Chris Stanford reportedly discharged his weapon at the vehicle during this incident.

The Homeland Security agent sustained a leg injury; however, the DeKalb County deputies inside the truck were unharmed in the collision, as stated by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office. Rose was apprehended, but Brookins fled on foot, prompting a warning to be issued around 3:45 p.m.
