William Fitzpatrick Obituary, Death; – An Omaha man died after a motorcycle crash on a highway near Papillion Saturday night.
A release from the Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened just before 9 p.m. on Saturday on Highway 50 near Highway 370, west of Papillion.
At the scene, SCSO and Gretna Fire and Rescue found a single-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle.
The driver, identified as 50-year-old William Fitzpatrick of Omaha, was taken to the hospital, where he later died of his injuries.
SCSO says no other vehicles were involved in the incident.
The Sarpy County Crash Response Unit is investigating the crash.
