Vernon Foeller Obituary, Death; – A man utilizing a wheelchair tragically lost his life after being struck by a vehicle in Sacramento County early Saturday morning, as reported by the California Highway Patrol. The incident occurred at 5:29 a.m. in the vicinity of Watt Avenue and Roseville Road in North Highlands.
According to CHP, the individual in the wheelchair was in his late 20s, although his identity has not yet been disclosed. The driver, a man in his late 40s, remained at the scene and was determined not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as stated by CHP. On Monday, the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office confirmed the identity of the deceased as 58-year-old Vernon Foeller.
