Tyshan Small Obituary, Death; – Authorities have identified the man killed in a shooting in Asbury Park on Thursday night as a 37-year-old city resident.
Tyshan Small and another man were shot on the 100 block of Monmouth Avenue at about 7:35 p.m., the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office said.
The other man received treatment for an injury not considered life-threatening.
Vita Gardens Apartments are on the block where the shooting occurred. A prosecutor’s office spokesman said no further information was available.
