Tyler Hamon Obituary, Death; – Fresno Police have reported the apprehension of suspects in two distinct homicide investigations. Detectives have taken into custody 34-year-old Gerrick Franklin in connection with the murder of 33-year-old Tyler Hamon. Hamon was fatally shot last Friday within an apartment at the Windscape Apartments located in northwest Fresno.
Franklin was located and arrested by the Madera County Sheriff’s Office and has been charged with one count of murder, subsequently being booked into the Fresno County jail. The second arrest pertains to the murder of 21-year-old Adrianna Gonzales, which occurred in southwest Fresno in 2023.
According to Fresno Police, officers from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department were probing a suspicious vehicle when they engaged with an occupant who provided a false identity. This individual was later identified as 23-year-old Devin Miliki Senegal, one of three suspects sought in connection with Gonzales’ murder. The Las Vegas Metro Police Department arrested Senegal for driving under the influence and for his outstanding murder warrant, leading to his booking at the Clark County Detention Center.
Gonzales was shot and subsequently run over on November 11, 2023, in the parking lot of Wayne’s Liquor, situated near California Avenue and Fresno Street. Authorities are still searching for 26-year-old Aaminah Norman, identified as the shooter, and 29-year-old Sabrina Acosto-Ramirez, who is believed to have assisted in the incident.
