Torrey Blaine Goode Obituary, Death; – An autopsy conducted on a man discovered deceased and decomposing alongside a busy road in Birmingham revealed no indications of foul play.
The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the individual on Monday as Torrey Blaine Goode, a 55-year-old resident of Birmingham.
Shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, officers from the West Precinct responded to a report of a possible deceased person located across the street from Chevron at 490 Forestdale Boulevard.
Upon arrival, officers found Goode deceased in a grassy area just a few feet from the road.
Chief Deputy Coroner Bill Yates stated that an autopsy was carried out on Friday, and the cause of death is awaiting further laboratory analysis.
