Teddy C Ilagan Obituary, Death; – A 24-year-old student lost his life, and two pedestrians sustained injuries when a vehicle collided with them in Barangay Manghinao on Friday afternoon, December 13. The deceased has been identified as Teddy C. Ilagan, aged 24, who was subsequently transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the vehicle operated by 74-year-old Petronio Hernandez Alcayde was struck by a Sports Utility Vehicle driven by 38-year-old Jenny Ebreo Salcedo. Following the impact, Alcayde’s car veered to the right, colliding with a parked tricycle and striking Ilagan, who was thrown onto the concrete pavement and suffered critical injuries.
Additionally, pedestrians Bryan Mendoza Ilagan, 44, and Daryl Delos Santos, 16, were also impacted by the vehicle. All victims were taken to a nearby hospital, where Ilagan was declared deceased. Alcayde has been apprehended and is facing relevant charges.
