Stephanie Hernandez Obituary, Death; – Homicide investigators continued their search for evidence on Tuesday following the fatal shooting of a 28-year-old woman in the Bear Creek District of Stockton over the weekend.
The victim was discovered at approximately 3:19 a.m. on Saturday, suffering from a gunshot wound in the 1900 block of Hickock Court. She was immediately transported to a hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries, according to officials.
The San Joaquin County Medical Examiner’s office has identified the deceased as Stephanie Hernandez, a resident of Stockton. Authorities have not released additional details regarding the circumstances of the shooting or any potential motives.
