Scott Kastner Obituary, Death; – Two individuals have been apprehended in connection with the assault that occurred in August, which resulted in the death of Scott Kastner.
The 42-year-old victim succumbed to his injuries days after being attacked by several individuals near Burlington’s City Hall on August 11, according to a report from Burlington police. An autopsy conducted last week determined that Kastner’s death was due to “complications arising from blunt force trauma,” and it has been classified as a homicide.
Law enforcement officials have identified two suspects: one is a minor, and the other is 26-year-old Isaiah Argro from Queens, NY. The Burlington Police Department officially secured warrants, charging both individuals with second-degree murder on August 28.
