Ryan Stone Zinkand Obituary, Death: – The Portland Police Bureau has confirmed the identity of the shooting victim in the Sumner neighborhood as 37-year-old Ryan Stone Zinkand. This tragic event took place early on Sunday morning, September 1, at approximately 3:31 a.m., at the intersection of Northeast 92nd Avenue and Webster Street.
Upon arrival, officers from the North Precinct discovered Zinkand injured and lying in the street. Despite immediate transport to the hospital, he was pronounced dead upon arrival. A subsequent examination by a medical examiner determined that Zinkand’s death was a homicide resulting from a gunshot wound.
As of now, the Portland Police Bureau has reported that no arrests have been made. The suspect or suspects involved in the shooting had already fled the scene by the time law enforcement arrived.
