Rudy Giuliani Obituary, Death; – A 19-year-old woman from New Hampshire has been identified as the driver who collided with Rudy Giuliani’s vehicle, resulting in multiple injuries to the 81-year-old former mayor.
The New Hampshire State Police reported that a Honda HR-V, operated by Concord teenager Lauren Kemp, struck the rear of a Ford Bronco in which Giuliani was a passenger on Saturday night.
“Due to the impact, both vehicles were propelled into the median and sustained significant damage,” the police stated.
Kemp, Giuliani, and the individual driving the former mayor were reportedly treated for injuries that were not life-threatening at a hospital in Manchester, N.H. around 10 p.m.
Giuliani’s head of security, Michael Ragusa, mentioned on social media on Sunday that the former mayor sustained a fractured thoracic vertebra, along with cuts, bruises, and injuries to his left arm and lower leg.
Although Kemp was allegedly traveling at a “high speed” when she rear-ended Giuliani’s vehicle, Ragusa emphasized that the incident did not seem to be deliberate.
“This was not a targeted attack,” Ragusa posted. “We request that everyone respect Mayor Giuliani’s privacy and recovery, and avoid disseminating unfounded conspiracy theories.”
According to the security chief, Giuliani was a passenger in a rental car. Ragusa noted that no one would have been aware of his presence in the vehicle.
Despite his injuries, the former mayor, who was disbarred and lost his New York law license in July 2024 due to his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, was reported to be in good spirits. Ragusa reassured skeptics on X that Giuliani anticipated “getting back to business in just a few days.”
