Roy Villarreal Obituary, Death; – The Laredo Police Department is actively searching for a teenager in relation to a murder that took place this past weekend.
On Sunday at approximately 5 p.m., Laredo police announced that a murder warrant has been issued for Victor Manuel Valadez.
The 19-year-old is identified as the suspect in a shooting incident that occurred around 1 a.m. on Saturday in the 100 block of W. Clark Boulevard.
The victim has been named as 20-year-old Roy Villarreal, who was transported to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
“If anyone possesses information regarding his location, they are encouraged to reach out to Laredo police at 956-795-2800,” stated the police. “All calls will be kept confidential.”
