Rona Bowles Obituary, Death; – Kennewick Police have confirmed the identity of the pedestrian who lost her life on Tuesday, December 3, after being struck by a vehicle on West 10th Avenue.
According to the Kennewick Police Department, 34-year-old Rona Bowles succumbed to her injuries in the hospital following the incident. Her relatives, who reside out of state, have been informed of her passing.
Authorities do not suspect that the driver was under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and they determined that speed was not a contributing factor in the accident.
