Roger Reh Baxter Obituary, Death; – The Kern County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identity of a man who perished in a mobile home fire in Maricopa early Monday morning.
Roger Reh Baxter, aged 78, was discovered deceased within the mobile home following the extinguishment of the fire, which occurred in the 900 block of Kern Street. Firefighters responded to the incident at approximately 2:24 a.m. after receiving reports of a house fire, with neighbors indicating the potential presence of a victim inside.
The fire was successfully subdued and extinguished by the firefighting team. An investigation into the cause of the fire is being conducted by the Kern County Fire Department.
