Rashida Irvin Obituary, Death; – A man has surrendered to authorities following accusations of murdering his wife, who was discovered shot to death in the Germantown area of Philadelphia.
Kyle Irvin, aged 55, is alleged to have shot and killed 48-year-old Rashida Irvin within an apartment located on the 6300 block of Germantown Avenue last Monday evening.
Police were alerted around 6:35 p.m. by a witness who reported hearing gunfire.
Upon entering the premises, officers found Rashida in the bathroom, suffering from several gunshot wounds to her torso.
She was declared dead shortly thereafter.
Authorities report that Kyle turned himself in just after midnight on Wednesday.
He faces charges of murder and related offenses.
