Quindarius Marteze Allen Obituary, Death; – Birmingham authorities have apprehended an individual in connection with a double shooting that resulted in the death of one man in the Graymont Avenue North area of the city.
The incident occurred on August 12, shortly after midnight, in the 900 block of Fifth Avenue North. Quindarius Marteze Allen, aged 26, from Birmingham, succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Another individual sustained injuries, as reported by the police.
Dorian Trent Talley II, a 20-year-old from Birmingham, is currently being held at the Jefferson County Jail without the possibility of bond. He faces charges of capital murder, attempted murder, and hindering prosecution.
Authorities have not disclosed information regarding the circumstances that led to the shooting or the status of the injured victim.
