Phadell Saddler Arrested; – A homicide investigation has been initiated following the discovery of a deceased woman in her Oak Harbor apartment on Tuesday evening.
The Oak Harbor Police Department (OHPD) reported that officers were dispatched to the Lexy Manor Apartments, located at the intersection of NE 7th Ave. and NE Ellis Way, at approximately 10:15 p.m. in response to a report of suspicious circumstances. Upon their arrival, they located a woman who had died within the apartment.
Authorities have arrested 31-year-old Phadell Saddler, a resident of Oak Harbor, who has been charged with second-degree murder and is currently held at the Island County Jail.
