Officers responded about 10:15 p.m. to a house in the 1200 block of East Davis Avenue. The homicide victim was found in the driveway with gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police and the medical examiner. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as Oscar Alberto Umanzor Lopez, who lived at the home where he was killed.
