Orane Balfour,Kamal Clarke Obituary, Death; – Orane Balfour, a 33-year-old distillery worker from the Ashley Hall Housing Scheme, and Kamal Clarke, a 20-year-old resident of Longville Park, both in Clarendon, were involved in a tragic incident.
According to reports, at approximately 8:20, Clarke was operating a Toyota Probox while Balfour was driving a Toyota Mark X, with both vehicles traveling in opposite directions.
It has been reported that as they approached an aggregate plant situated along the roadway, the two vehicles collided, resulting in injuries to both drivers. They were subsequently transported to May Pen Hospital, where unfortunately, both Balfour and Clarke passed away.
