Omar Estrada-Escobar,Donald Markham Obituary, Death; – The McHenry County Coroner’s Office has identified two individuals who lost their lives in separate automobile accidents within the county early on Tuesday.
The office reported that a man who perished in a collision in the 19700 block of Hebron Road, close to Harvard, on Tuesday morning was Omar Estrada-Escobar, aged 35, from Harvard. As per the coroner’s office, an autopsy conducted on Wednesday revealed preliminary findings indicating that blunt force injuries were the cause of death. A toxicology report is still pending, according to the coroner’s office.
In another incident near the intersection of Kishwaukee Valley and South Hughes roads, also occurring early Tuesday morning near Woodstock, Donald Markham, aged 50, from Belvidere, was fatally injured in the crash. The coroner’s office stated on Wednesday that an autopsy performed that day determined that Markham’s cause of death was blunt force injuries, with a toxicology report still pending.
Additionally, in a crash that took place on Monday evening several miles west on Kishwaukee Valley Road near Marengo, an 11-year-old child was killed. The child was transported to Javon Bea Hospital-Riverside in Rockford but unfortunately succumbed to their injuries. Authorities in Winnebago County have opted not to disclose the child’s name due to their status as a minor. The driver of the vehicle involved, a 29-year-old man from Wonder Lake, sustained serious injuries, according to police.
