Noah William Peterson,Makhi Charon Richardson Obituary, Death; – The Clarksville Police Department have identified the two men killed in a shootout on Tuesday night.
CPD reports that 18-year-old Noah William Peterson and 24-year-old Makhi Charon Richardson, both of Clarksville, were killed in a shootout at Mizu Japanese Cuisine on Tuesday night.
Investigation into the shooting shows that the incident started as a planned meeting between two groups. That meeting later escalated to a shootout, where one person from each group (Peterson and Richardson) was hit and killed by gunfire.
CPD said the shooting was an isolated incident.
Harvin John Lee James, 20, and Antario Jameer Hyrne, 21, have been charged with tampering with evidence in connection to the shooting. Both men have been booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
CPD said the investigation into the shooting remains ongoing and more charges are possible.
