Nicole Doerr Obituary, Death; – Authorities have disclosed the identity of a pedestrian who passed away in a hospital following a collision with a vehicle on Riverside Drive last month.
The Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office has confirmed that the pedestrian was 43-year-old Nicole Doerr. She was hit by a vehicle shortly after 6 p.m. on December 21, as reported by Evansville police.
Doerr ultimately succumbed to her injuries at St. Vincent Hospital two days post-incident, according to the coroner’s office. The coroner’s office indicated in a news release that “the motorist is not suspected to have been at fault and was not under the influence.” The investigation by the Evansville Police Department is ongoing.
