Nicholas Terry from Boise Obituary, Death; Man who was fatally stabbed during fight outside gas station

Nicholas Terry from Boise Obituary, Death; – The Ada County Coroner’s Office announced on Wednesday the identification of the individual who succumbed to injuries from a stabbing incident that occurred early Tuesday morning outside a gas station in Boise. The deceased, identified as 31-year-old Nicholas Terry from Boise, was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

According to the Boise Police Department, officers responded to a report at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 7300 block of W. Ustick Road, where they discovered an “unresponsive male” suffering from a stab wound. Life-saving efforts were initiated by the officers until paramedics arrived to transport Terry to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, where he was declared dead at 3:16 a.m. in the operating room, as reported by the coroner’s office.

Authorities stated that Eliseo Torres, 36, of Caldwell, was apprehended at the scene. Evidence suggested that Torres was involved in the stabbing of Terry during a confrontation that included several individuals, according to the Boise police. Torres sustained injuries and received medical treatment at a hospital before being booked into the Ada County Jail on charges of second-degree murder.

He also faced charges related to possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia stemming from a prior warrant. Additionally, officers arrested Daydreyn Pelton, 25, of Boise, in proximity to the scene. Police indicated that Pelton appeared to have participated in the altercation and allegedly stole property from Torres.
