Nathan Johnson Obituary, Death; – Northeast Nebraska officials have confirmed that the body discovered in rural Colfax County belongs to 30-year-old Nathan Johnson, a resident of Butler County. On December 11, the Colfax County Sheriff’s Office was alerted to the presence of a body in the vicinity of 1200 mile of County Road C. The results of the autopsy are still pending.
In the course of the investigation, authorities have made several arrests in Platte County. Johnson was reportedly last seen by his family on October 28. The Nebraska State Patrol, along with the Columbus Police Department, has urged anyone with information pertinent to the investigation to reach out to the CPD at 402-564-3201.
