Naomi Lowe MISSING; – The Columbus Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating a teenage runaway. Fifteen-year-old Naomi Lowe was last observed in the 3200 block of Grapevine Trail on October 28. At that time, she was wearing gray sweatpants, a black tank top, and shoes that remain unidentified, as reported by the police.
