Michelle Sadio Obituary, Death; – A woman who was tragically killed in a triple shooting in north-west London on Saturday evening has been identified by the Metropolitan Police as Michelle Sadio.
The 46-year-old succumbed to her injuries at the scene after officers responded to reports of gunfire around 21:15 GMT on Gifford Road, Harlesden. Two men in their thirties also suffered serious injuries, with one remaining in critical condition.
As of now, no arrests have been made. Although Ms. Sadio has not been formally identified, the Metropolitan Police have expressed confidence in confirming her identity. Specialist officers are providing support to her family, according to the police statement.
Superintendent Tony Josephs of the Metropolitan Police characterized the shooting as “truly shocking.” He acknowledged that this incident is likely to raise concerns within the community and expressed hope that witnesses would come forward.
“I want to assure the public that a dedicated team of experienced detectives is actively working to reconstruct the events of last night and to identify those responsible for this appalling act of violence,” he stated.
