Michele Luna Jackson Death; – Authorities in Calhoun County, Iowa, have confirmed the identity of a teenager who was discovered deceased on Monday. According to KCCI, 17-year-old Michele “Luna” Jackson was reported missing in Farnhamville on Sunday evening, with her body located the following morning.

Investigators have yet to provide information regarding the circumstances surrounding her death. An obituary indicates that a private funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, with a public celebration of life to take place at a later date.

Court documents reveal that 21-year-old Nathaniel Bevers-Mcgivney is currently detained in the Carroll County Jail, facing charges related to the abuse of a corpse for failing to disclose its known location. He is alleged to have concealed Jackson’s body in Calhoun County, Iowa, in an effort to hide a crime.

A criminal complaint states that Jackson’s mother and her other daughters discovered Bevers-McGivney covered in blood and in possession of Jackson’s scooter and other personal belongings. The complaint further notes that when law enforcement inquired about the blood on his clothing, Bevers-McGivney requested legal representation.

Additionally, the criminal complaint claims that Bevers-McGivney deliberately concealed the body to hide a crime and failed to reveal its location with the intent to obstruct justice. Officials have not disclosed whether further charges may be forthcoming in this matter. Jackson was a student at Southeast Valley High School.
